Jacquemus ‘Le Paysan’ İle Versailles’a Geri Dönüyor

İki yıl önce “Le Chouchou” koleksiyonunu Versailles bahçelerinde sergileyen Simon Porte Jacquemus, bu kez aynı ihtişamlı mekâna geri dönüyor, fakat bu sefer kurdeleler ve romantizm yerine, aidiyet ve nostaljiyle.

Château de Versailles’in Orangerie’sinde sunulacak Le Paysan, yani köylü, tasarımcının bugüne kadarki en kişisel koleksiyonlarından biri olacak. Orangerie, ‘Güneş Kralı’nın’, yani Louis IX’ün vakit geçirmekten keyif aldığı portakal ve limon bahçesi. Jacquemus bu sezonda çocukluğuna, ailesine ve güney Fransa’daki köy yaşamına adanmış bir koleksiyon tasarlıyor. Hem fiziksel, hem duygusal anlamda bizi çocukluğuna götürüyor. “Bu koleksiyon aileme, köklerime, kültürüme ve geldiğim yere bir saygı duruşu…”  “Aynı zamanda gitmek istediğim yerin ve peşinden koştuğum bir hayalin de ifadesi.” diyor Jacquemus.

Haziran güneşinin altında sergilecek koleksiyon, tasarımcının büyüdüğü dünya ile çocukken uzaktan hayalini kurduğu o başka dünyayı buluşturuyor. Nostaljiyle arzunun, rustik sadelikle Versailles’ın zarafetinin buluşacağı bir anlatı gerçekleşecek. Henüz detaylarını bilmediğimiz koleksiyon, anlatı biçimi sebebiyle şimdiden büyük bir merak uyandırmış durumda. Geçmiş sezonlar göz önüne alındığında; heykelsi formlar, büyüdüğü yere ait dokular ve masumiyet ile sofistike zarafetin harmanlandığı bir görsel dünya bizi bekliyor olabilir. Le Paysan ile Jacquemus bir hikâye anlatıyor. Güney Fransa’daki tarlalarda başlayıp Versailles’ın görkemli salonlarına uzanan bir hikâye. Defile, 29 Haziran’da Fransa’da Versailles Şatosu’nun Orangerie’sinde gerçekleşecek.
