A Mysterious Ring Appearing in the Sky in the U.S. Awaits Resolution

Mysterious Black Ring in Virginia SkyRecently, a mysterious black ring appeared in the blue sky over the state of Virginia, USA. This ring, which floated in the air for about 10 minutes before disappearing, created great curiosity and concern among the local people in Williamsburg.
The incident was described by Ron Stepp, who works near the Eastern State Hospital, as a massive smoke ring in the sky. Other witnesses also reported observing this strange formation from nearby neighborhoods and stated that the ring could be seen from miles away. Peggy Olszyk managed to photograph the ring as it floated above the treetops, while Renee Fisher was able to capture a few frames from outside the neighborhood.
Two witnesses sent photos taken westbound on Interstate 64 near the exit for Fort Eustis and the area of Old Moretown Road. In fact, similar black rings had been seen before. In June, a similar ring went viral on the internet in Venezuela, and in July, another black ring was photographed during sunset in Pearland, Texas.
Experts indicated that these rings could form as a result of events such as fire, explosions, or fireworks. However, no fires or explosions were reported at the time the ring was observed in Williamsburg. When the news agency WAVY contacted the James City County Fire Station, the fire chief stated that he was not aware of any incident related to the black ring. Additionally, Dominion Energy, based in Richmond, Virginia, was also contacted to inquire whether there had been any equipment failures that could produce such a ring. Dominion spokesperson Tim Eberly stated that there had been no incidents that could create such a black ring.
The news agency’s meteorologist Ricky Mathews expressed that he had seen such rings before due to fireworks. He also suggested the possibility that the ring could be a special effect for a movie. (Sigorta Haber)
